Digital Light
Processing
A projector flashes the image of an entire layer into liquid resin, curing that layer in one exposure.

Small, detailed parts, intricate features and batches of similar components.

Stereolithography
A laser traces each layer in a vat of liquid resin, hardening the design one cross-section at a time.

Fused Deposition
Modelling
A heated nozzle lays down thermoplastic filament in successive paths to build the part.
